We want you to be completely satisfied with your OrixPool purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.

  1. Change of Mind & Returns Due to the custom-cut nature of our pool covers (which are shipped with extra trimming allowances), change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the product is in its original, uninstalled, and uncut condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind items.
  2. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Claims If your product arrives damaged or exhibits a covered manufacturing defect (such as material delamination or seam failure), please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be processed under our Pro-Rata Warranty guidelines for repair or replacement.
